Run your whole transport business in one place

Two short forms and you are inside. Registration takes your business identity and your first service location; after that you sign in with the email — or the VN-xxxx vendor ID — you registered with.

Submit your business proofs for verification. Only Address Proof & PAN Card are required — the rest are optional and can wait. Uploading the two required ones puts you Under Review.

The last two things in setup. Add the account your earnings are paid into, then read and accept the terms of partnership. Both have to be done before you can go live.

Your first city is already submitted at registration. Use this to request more cities, and to request the services you offer (always required, since registration never asks for these).

One wizard, start to finish: pick the service and model, enter the details and photos, choose the cities it runs in, and set your rates. How many stages you see depends on the service — pricing only appears where you actually set the price.

Two ways a job reaches you. Car Rental arrives already priced — the customer paid at checkout and you simply Accept or Decline. Every other service sends you a request: you pick the vehicle, set your price, and an accepted quote becomes a booking on its own.

Every trip starts with a secure 6-digit OTP. You send it, the customer receives it on their phone, you verify it to start the trip — and complete it with a single button at return.

Not a listing page — the kind of fleet system a much bigger operator pays for separately. Paperwork with expiry tracking, service history, incidents and their insurance claims, fuel cost per vehicle, and how the whole fleet is performing.

Add your drivers and staff, mark who showed up each day, and let payroll calculate itself off that attendance instead of doing the maths by hand at month-end.

You are not limited to what TransRentals sends you. Book a customer who called you straight into the dashboard, share your own booking page with a QR code, or set up a bulk job for a wedding or an event.

Companies booking transport regularly, and event organisers needing a fleet for a day, usually go to whoever has the relationship or the bigger name. Through the B2B pipeline those requests reach you directly.

A vehicle with no booking today earns nothing. Lend it to another vendor for the day — and when you have more demand than vehicles, borrow instead of turning the customer away. It runs both ways.
