Booking can be made online by filling up the booking form provided here. Payment can be made through any of the credit/debit cards listed here. Booking can be made for any person other than cardholder also. For that you need to fill up details of cardholder for payment and details of user for booking. The use of credit card is totally safe, we use PayU payment gateway for payment. PayU has a 128 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution certified by VeriSign. Your card details are not shared.
Terms Of Services
ROLE OF TransRentals
TransRentals is a Vehicle rental aggregator that only provides a technology platform that connects customers with VehiclesProviders. It doesn’t operate any vehicles or offer the service of transportation to the User. TransRentals also doesn’t act as an agent of any Vehicle Provider in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
It is the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Provider to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the Booking. ‘TransRentals’ gives no warranty or assurance in regard to requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits which the Cab Operator is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
The Vehicle details which TransRentals provides are solely dependent on details provided by the provider.
The vehicle type, Condition, Amenities and any other details pertaining to the Vehicle Rental Service are provided by the respective Vehicle Providers and TransRentals has no control over such information provided by the Vehicle Provider.
TransRentals will not be liable to User or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by User through usage of Website, in so far as such information is provided by the Vehicle Operator.
In case of break down or accident of Vehicle where Vehicle Provider has been unable to make alternative arrangements, TransRentals shall provide a proportionate refund to User for uncovered distance. Any claims, liabilities or legal costs arising out of such an event shall be borne by the Vehicle Provider.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF TransRentals
In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the Vehicle Provider and the Users, TransRentals shall not be responsible for the operations of the Vehicle Provider including, but not limited to the following:
Timely Arrival Of Vehicle
The conduct of Vehicle Provider’s employees, representatives or agents;
The condition of the Vehicle etc. not being up to the customer’s expectation or as per the description provided by the bus operator;
Cancellation Due to any reasons;
Any act or omission of Vehicle Provider causing an accident, loss of life to the User.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS
Users are advised to call the Vehicle Providers after confirming the booking and communicate all the requirements if any.
In the event of any dissatisfaction with any of the services provided by Vehicle Provider or ‘TransRentals’, the matter must be reported directly to Vehicle Provider or TransRentals, in order that appropriate action may be taken to remedy the problem.
Users are required to reach the boarding place at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Users Must See the “Terms And Conditions” on the vehicle page before proceeding to make a booking. Same Terms And Conditions Will be Communicated via Mail Too.
CANCELLATION, And Refunds
TransRentals is a Vehicle Rental Aggregator and provides a platform for independent Vehicle Rental Service Providers. As such, there are varying policies according to each service provider. Please read below to see the overarching rules regarding cancellations, and refunds.

How Are Cancellations Handled?
User Can request cancellation of booking through the TransRentals website using his login details.
As the only deposit amount is taken during booking, the User can request the refund of the deposit amount.
The refund of Deposit amount depends upon the policy of the vehicle provider and according to it, a refund will be Initiated.
Do I have to follow TransRentals Unified Cancellation Policy?
Yes. We have formulated our return policy based on customer surveys and research of best practices for our industry. Having a unified refund policy ensures transparency and well-defined guidelines across both Vehicle Providers and Users. Do Note User Can Cancel Vehicle Booking 7 Day’s prior to booking date for getting 100% Return of Deposit Amount.

Transrentals.in ensures that every transaction you conduct with us is in a safe and secure environment. We provide only one payment options:
Payment through Debit cards, Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets via PayUMoney Payment Gateway
Please keep the details of the card holder name, number, and CVV and expiry date handy to carry out transactions. OAC/IPIN will also be required for credit and debit card transactions.
PayUMoney provides the wallet and payment gateway services are VeriSign Secured and PCI compliant. Transrentals.in does not store any Credit Card, Debit Card Details.
