Mahindra Thar Self Drive Car Rental Terms And Conditions

We will verify Aadhar / Pan card/ Election Card and DL in the original. You shall deposit original ID, Passport size photo, and a copy of DL, and For Self, Driving Age Should be 18+.
Rent will Not include fuel.
GST will be charged extra as per Govt. rules.
Km and Time will be charged from our garage to the garage.
Security Deposit: 10000* INR. Your security deposit is refunded to your account after the completion of the trip.
Fast tag: All our Self-Drive cars are equipped with FASTag as per Government guidelines. All toll charges deducted through FASTag for your rental will be deducted from the security amount.

Mahindra Thar Self Drive Car Rental Policy

Delivery /Collection: You must return the vehicle at the exact location from where it was delivered to the renter. (In Case of Pickup service is not available)
Threshold Time: In the case of a late return, the User will be allowed leverage of 1 hour to return the Vehicle. After that, late return charges shall be applicable as below.
Vehicle Damage: Damage charges to be paid by the User in terms of the Rental Agreement. In case damage cost goes beyond the Security Deposit Amount, we may file an insurance claim and Repair/depreciation amount (In case of an insurance claim) & Parts which are not covered under the insurance will be recovered from the User. The assessment of damage made by the Company will be final. An insurance claim is subject to the Company’s discretion.
Outstation Tax: When traveling out of state, it is always important to step at the RTO check post to pay the government applicable tax. Cost/penalties about such interstate tax, toll, or any other govt. Levied tax will be borne by the User directly.
Returns and Refunds: We will provide a 100% refund if the booking is canceled seven days from the journey date.
